  • Is digizal free?

    Digizal is free to use. There are no sign up fees or hidden fees.

  • Are the applications on digizal legal?

    Everything listed on digizal is 100% legal. We work hard to make sure that the best, most safe and legal applications are available. So you will never ever have to worry about the download police.

  • How often are downloads updated?

    We do our best to make sure that all of the applications are most up to date and follow the most current standards. We do our best to look for updates on a weekly basis.

  • What is an application?

    You use applications everyday. Applications are things like web browsers, word processors or programs that run your videos.

  • Why won't my application work?

    While we do test to make sure applications are, it is possible that you may have trouble

  • Are the applications for Mac or Pc?

    Digizal is smart. We detect the type of computer you are using and automatically make recommendations based on whether you are browsing from a Mac or from a PC.

  • Is your web browser blocking your application?
    close

    As a security precaution, some browsers disable automatic downloads. In most of these cases, a "security bar" may appear at the top of the browser window informing you a download has been blocked. To continue the download, click the security bar and select the option to allow the download.

    If you do not see the security bar and the download is still being blocked, adding "digizal.com" (with no www) to your trusted site list often fixes the problem.

    For Internet Explorer:

    1. Go to > Tools > Internet options > Security tab > and select the "Trusted sites" section.
    2. Now click the "Sites" button.
    3. Type in "digizal.com" with no "quotes" and no "www".
    4. Uncheck the checkbox at the bottom that says, "require server verification..."
    5. Click Close > click OK.
    6. Click your browser's back button and click on the Download Now link again.

    For Firefox:

    1. Go to > Tools > Options > Security tab
    2. Now click the "Exceptions" button.
    3. Type in "digizal.com" with no "quotes" and no "www".
    4. Click Allow > click Close > click OK.
    5. Click your browser's back button and click on the Download Now link again.
  • Why do some applications take me to a website?

    Many of the applications found on digizal are web applications. These are applications that all you need is a web browser to access, no downloads necessary.

  • Why is my application taking so long to download?
    close

    The speed at which a file may download depends on a number of things including the size of the file, its popularity, Internet congestion at a certain time of day, and your connection type. Try downloading the file during non-peak hours, later at night.

  • Who is mongo?

    Mongo is the official un-official mascot of digizal. He is our adopted office cat that has mistaken himself for a dog, plays fetch with toy mice and relentlessly licks your face when you're not looking.
